This is a remote position with LeCesse Development Corp.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to oversee and manage the data collection process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising data collection activities, monitoring data entry procedures, and verifying the completeness and accuracy of collected data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise data collection activities and monitor data entry procedures
  • Verify the completeness and accuracy of collected data
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, preparing purchase orders, quotations, reports, letters, and packing lists
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications including emails and mail
Requirements
  • Proficient in computerized systems and software, including MS Excel, MS Word, and Adobe Acrobat Reader
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Capability to work under pressure and perform repetitive tasks
  • Personal suitability including ability to multitask, be organized, and a team player
