About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Intern to join our team at Regal Rexnord. As an Engineering Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects and contribute to the development of our industrial powertrain solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in key performance metrics, such as safety, internal and external PPM, and total cost of quality, on-time delivery, and EBITDA.
  • Learn and practice lean manufacturing techniques, including Material Process/Kanban, Standard Work, and SMED.
  • Learn and practice PLC programming and troubleshooting.
  • Participate in Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS) activities and help guide and direct continuous improvement in all areas of the facility.
  • Other special projects.
Requirements
  • Current student at an accredited college.
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 3.0 or better GPA, required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), required.
  • Enrolled in Junior or Senior year, preferred.
