QUALIFICATIONS: At least 1 year of experience in customer service or administrative roles

PREFERRED: Paralegal certification or an associate degree

Role Summary:

As a bilingual Legal Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to assist our Attorneys throughout the case lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with a team of legal professionals, ensuring that clients receive timely updates regarding their cases. Exceptional communication skills and phone etiquette are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver daily customer service to clients
  • Manage a caseload of over 200 cases
  • Draft and submit letters of representation for various insurance types
  • Prepare demand letters
  • Review and analyze medical records
  • Draft legal correspondence
  • Continuously monitor and review the entire caseload from initiation to resolution
