Crowe & Dunlevy is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Professional to provide exceptional support to our attorneys and paralegals in our Oklahoma City office.
The ideal candidate will have experience in providing Administrative Support and Legal Assistance to ensure the smooth operation of our legal team.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Preparing Legal Documents: drafting and preparing various legal documents, such as pleadings, complaints, motions, subpoenas, contracts, and correspondence of a legal nature.
- Clerical Duties: performing various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, giving information to callers, composing and typing routine correspondence, reading and routing incoming mail, maintaining files and other records, scanning and photocopying materials, time entry and billing, and maintaining client information.
- Assisting Attorneys and Paralegals: providing support with trial preparation, document production and review, and other administrative needs.
- Team Collaboration: working effectively in a team environment and maintaining good customer service skills.
The successful candidate will possess strong Computer and Research Skills, excellent attendance, and a punctual and reliable work ethic. A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and three to five years of related experience and/or training are required. The ideal candidate will also have an equivalent combination of education and experience.
