Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update the account activities, including setting up new product listings and maintaining product and category pages.

• Formulate sales plans for current and prospective accounts.

• Manage advertising to ensure listing visibility and budget is met.

• Use trends, markets, and consumer surveys to identify growth opportunities.

• Research and analysis of self-owned competitive market and competitive marketing strategy.

• Provide customer support and maintain positive customer feedback.

• Day-to-day operations of the business to achieve aggressive sales goals and profitability targets.

• Direct and build eCommerce team.

• Perform all other duties as assigned and required.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years' eCommerce manager experience.

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).

• MS office, strong Excel skills required.

• Self-starter with the ability to work well independently and in a team environment.

• Experience in major marketplace platforms.

• Bachelor's Degree or higher.

• Experience in market analysis.
