Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to patients
  • Respond to patient inquiries through various communication channels
  • Engage with patients, insurance providers, and third-party payers
  • Address billing discrepancies and submit insurance claims
  • Establish payment plans and assist with financial hardship applications
  • Keep precise records of account activities and patient communications
  • Support additional tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Skills:
    1. Experience with insurance claim processing
    2. Proficient typing and computer skills
