Job Summary:
Park Dental is seeking a skilled Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check in patients and manage their accounts
- Schedule patient appointments using our scheduling software
- Verify dental insurance and answer insurance and billing questions
- Oversee patient account management and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Dental insurance knowledge is a plus
Work Schedule:
We offer a variety of shifts to accommodate different schedules, including:
- Monday: 1:30pm-8:15pm
- Tuesday: 7:30am-2:15pm
- Wednesday: 7:30am-6:15pm (one hour lunch)
- Thursday: 7:30am-5:15pm (one hour lunch)
- Friday: OFF
- Saturday: 7:00am-2:45pm (6 per year)
