Position: Student Activities Coordinator
Dodge City Community College is in search of a dedicated Student Activities Coordinator to enhance our team under the guidance of the Vice President of Student Services & Risk Management. This position is essential for managing, executing, and promoting programs that foster student development and involvement, aiming to boost engagement and leadership opportunities on campus.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute a comprehensive student activities program catering to both traditional and non-traditional learners.
- Provide guidance and leadership to the Student Government Association (SGA).
- Organize, budget, and evaluate a variety of student events and activities.
- Collaborate with campus personnel and student organizations to enrich the overall student experience.
- Effectively manage financial resources and budgets.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree is mandatory.
- Experience engaging with diverse student demographics is essential.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities are required.
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Preferred: Background in student activity programming or Student Government involvement.
