Work Schedule:

Our ideal candidate will work 90% FTE, 36 hours per week, with shifts scheduled Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, and one day off every other week. Hours may vary based on the needs of the clinic.

Pay:

Starting pay is $18.40 per hour, with consideration given to relevant work experience when determining the starting base pay.

We are seeking a Patient Scheduling Representative to:

  • Schedule appointments via phone, in-person, or electronic correspondence.
  • Take incoming phone calls from patients and their families to assist with appointment scheduling needs.
  • Make outgoing phone calls to patients to schedule appointments.
  • Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure timely patient care.

Education:

Minimum - High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred - Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field.

Work Experience:

Minimum - Six (6) months of previous experience in an office or customer service environment.

Preferred - Previous experience working in healthcare, scheduling patients, or answering phones and greeting clients in person.
