Hospitality Sales Associate Job Role:
In this exciting role, the Hospitality Sales Associate will drive sales and provide exceptional customer service at FCB Wireless and Broadband Solutions LLC. Key responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, staying up-to-date with product knowledge, and meeting daily sales targets.
Main Responsibilities:- Product Understanding: Develop a thorough understanding of all products and services offered by FCB Wireless and Broadband Solutions LLC, including product specifications and available inventory.
- Sales and Customer Service: Engage with customers to understand their needs, recommending suitable devices while upselling additional items and offering free earphones with standard phone purchases.
- Daily Device Assignments: Receive daily assignments of specific devices to promote and sell, rotating through different devices to ensure comprehensive product knowledge.
- Customer Interaction: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and visits, actively seeking out potential customers through flyer distribution and cold calling.
