Hospitality Sales Associate Job Description:

As a member of the FCB Wireless and Broadband Solutions LLC team, the Hospitality Sales Associate plays a vital role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. With a focus on developing strong relationships with customers, this role requires a deep understanding of products and services offered, as well as effective communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Product Knowledge Development: Gain a comprehensive understanding of all products and services offered by FCB Wireless and Broadband Solutions LLC, staying informed about available inventory and product specifications to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Sales and Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable devices, pitching products effectively while upselling additional items like cases, screen protectors, earphones, or free earphones with standard phone purchases.
  • Daily Sales Targets: Each day, you will be assigned specific devices to promote and sell, ensuring comprehensive product knowledge and meeting sales targets.
  • Customer Outreach: Proactively seek out potential customers by distributing flyers and performing cold calling for delivery or in-store pickup orders, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and visits.
Salary and Benefits:

This role offers a salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a competitive commission structure rewarding sales efforts.
