About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Wireless Sales Professional to join our team at DDI Consulting, Inc. in the Sacramento area. As a Wireless Sales Professional, you will be responsible for representing the AT&T Wireless and Streaming brands, providing award-winning customer service, and communicating with customers on the sales floor to qualify their needs.


Key Responsibilities
  • Representing the AT&T Wireless and Streaming brands to customers
  • Providing award-winning customer service to customers
  • Communicating with customers on the sales floor to qualify their needs
  • Handling account management and service upgrades
  • Increasing brand awareness by staying up-to-date on new products and promotions
  • Providing interactive presentations and accurate pricing quotes
