Clinical Social Worker

This role is designed to provide clinical assessments and social support services to cancer patients and their families. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work and be licensed as a Clinical Social Worker. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to provide short-term therapeutic counseling and connect patients with resources.
Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical assessments and develop treatment plans for patients and their families
• Offer short-term therapeutic counseling and connect patients with resources
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care
• Identify barriers to care and develop strategies to overcome them
Requirements:
• Master's degree in Social Work from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education
• Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or LCSW-P
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and problem assessment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment:
This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to provide comprehensive care.
