Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled RN Clinical Manager to lead our home health clinical operations team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee all direct care patient services provided by clinical personnel
  • Develop, plan, implement, analyze, and organize clinical operations for a specific location
  • Conduct assessments and reassessments of patients, including updating of care plans and interpreting patient needs
  • Manage the assignment of caregivers and oversee the delivery of care to all patients served by the location
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and requirements of third-party payers
  • Participate in sales and marketing initiatives and supervise all clinical employees assigned to a specific location

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • Current state license as a Registered Nurse
  • Proof of current CPR
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Two years as a Registered Nurse with at least one year of management experience in a home care, hospice, or equivalent environment
  • Home health experience is required
