This role is integral to the Customer Support Division, focusing on the setup, upkeep, troubleshooting, and repair of machinery at client sites.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong customer-centric approach, a positive demeanor, and exceptional service skills.Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, maintain, and repair CNC machinery and other industrial systems
- Deliver on-site technical assistance to customers
- Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions
- Conduct preventive maintenance on machinery
- Educate clients on the correct operation and upkeep of equipment
- Record all service and repair activities meticulously
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or Service Engineer
- Proficiency in CNC installation and repair
- Experience in industrial maintenance and repair
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
- Willingness to travel to customer locations as required
