Job SummaryWe are seeking a high-performing Sales Executive to join our Contract Logistics team, targeting the Florida/South Florida region. As a key member of our sales team, you will support the strategy and vision of our Contract Logistics vertical, establishing and nurturing new customer relationships, executing our Go-to-Market strategy, and developing the NXTPoint sales strategy for the Contract Logistics vertical to drive future growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business opportunities and customer diversification in the Contract Logistics vertical.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the Florida/South Florida region.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute sales plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of NXTPoint Logistics to prospects and clients, highlighting our unique capabilities and services.
- Meet or exceed annual individual sales goals and objectives, ensuring timely and accurate completion of required reports and data entry in CRM systems.
- Minimum 7 years of business development experience in a relevant sales role within the industry.
- Proven track record of developing prospects and securing new clients.
- Prior familiarity with the assigned territory.
- Demonstrated sales and leadership skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret prospective client relocation policies and contract documents.
