About the Role

LVI Associates is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Land Development Project Manager to lead and manage land development projects from design to approval, permitting, and construction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring successful project outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage projects through all phases, from design to approval, permitting, and construction, ensuring successful outcomes for clients.
  • Project Delivery: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with design standards and regulations.
  • Project Budgeting and Scheduling: Develop and manage project budgets and timelines to meet profitability and scheduling targets.
  • Design Solutions: Provide high-quality design solutions and technical expertise.
  • Project Scheduling and Workflow: Manage project schedules and workflows for seamless execution.
  • Proposal Development: Support the Client Manager in developing project proposals.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior staff to support their professional development.
  • Project Needs Assessment: Anticipate project needs and ensure the necessary skills and resources are in place.
  • Client Services: Coordinate internal efforts to provide efficient and integrated client services.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on current regulations and industry standards.
  • Project Approvals: Work with regulatory agencies to facilitate project approvals.
  • Project Updates: Present project updates when necessary, stepping in for the Client Manager or Principal as required.
  • Client and Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, sub-consultants, and municipalities to resolve technical and design issues.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Landscape Architecture or Civil Engineering.
  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
