Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product information and make recommendations to customers
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management as needed
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and quality standards
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
