Job Summary:We're looking for a skilled and experienced customer service professional to join our contact center team. As a Contact Center Representative II, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing exceptional service, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a courteous and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a contact center environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
