Job Title: 4X10 Call Center Representative

Job Summary:

MCI Careers is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused 4X10 Call Center Representative to join our team. As a 4X10 Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving customer inquiries, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize our customer experience methodology and state-of-the-art contact center technology to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and customer service goals
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
  • Ability to type 20+ words per minute
