Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
