Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination of customer services.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer transactions, including fuel sales, maintenance, and other services.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on Signature Aviation's services and offerings.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Valid state license required (where applicable).
  • Ability to pass background checks, drug tests, and obtain airport security badge.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift light to moderately heavy items.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Three to six months experience in aviation, FBO, hospitality, customer service, or related field.
  • Knowledge of radio procedures and protocols.
