Customer Service Representative

Our innovative and globally leading company is seeking a self-driven individual to work remotely in the US, supporting our sales manager and clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage multiple accounts/clients from initial quote and order processing to release for shipment.
- Make decisions using independent judgment and direction from Sales Management on various issues relative to pricing and customer satisfaction.
- Invest in your abilities and train you on our products and solutions to become a subject-matter expert.
- Provide outstanding customer service, answering inquiries, and resolving issues.
- Interact with customers on delivery process deviations, complete reports for management and executive, and interact with scheduling, manufacturing, shipping, and finance departments.
- Review, interpret, and prepare customer purchase orders for data entry, ensuring customer requirements are met.
- 3 years of customer service or account management experience with problem-solving, quoting, pricing, order tracking, shipment delivery, and customer service.
- Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and SAP.
- Ability to embrace new process methodologies, technology, and innovative ideas.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to handle complaints, credits, returns, pricing discrepancies, and accurate pricing within guidelines.
