Job Overview

This position offers a competitive hourly rate, with opportunities for shift differentials and monthly bonus incentives. The average monthly commission bonuses range from $300 to $1400.

The role is located at Boston Logan Airport, and the company offers a range of benefits, including paid time off, a consistent full-time schedule, employee discounts, and a retirement savings plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries via email for all three brands (Enterprise, National, and Alamo)
  • Log and organize items in the Lost and Found
  • Provide daily follow-up with QSPs
  • Work with customers with overdue rentals
  • Assist with incomplete rentals and returns
  • Perform miscellaneous and backup duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED
  • Must have a valid US driver's license
  • Must have no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on their driving record in the past 3 years
  • Must have no drug or alcohol-related convictions on their driving record in the past 5 years
  • Must have at least 6 months of prior customer service experience
