Job Summary:

At LanceSoft, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Consumer Care department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary goal will be to resolve consumer issues in a timely and professional manner, while maintaining a high level of service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service under the direction of the Consumer Care Manager.
  • Handle a variety of customer contacts and communication methods.
  • Accurately document and resolve consumer issues while maintaining service quality.
  • Adapt to changes and innovation in products and processes.
  • Participate in training on company products and systems.

Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills with a strong service-oriented mindset.
  • Proven leadership abilities.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in work.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Technical aptitude with knowledge of PC and Mac systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly learn/adapt to customer service demands.
  • Capable of assessing situations thoroughly to make informed decisions.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a contact center environment preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Bilingual or multilingual (French Canadian or Spanish) is a plus.

Education:
  • Associate's degree preferred, or a combination of some college and equivalent work experience.

Experience Levels:
  • Junior : 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Mid-Level : 3-6 years of relevant work experience.
  • Senior : 6+ years of relevant work experience with technical and business knowledge.
