We are in search of a Territory Account Manager who will actively engage with customers to achieve and surpass company objectives by promoting our three primary service offerings: Cylinder Exchange Program, onsite Rapid Recovery Service, and National Consolidation. In this capacity, you will onboard new customer accounts and represent A-Gas within the Southern Florida territory.

Primary Work Location
This role involves travel to A-Gas facilities, customer sites, suppliers, or other locations as necessary. Expect at least 25% travel within the designated territory.
Daily Responsibilities
The Territory Account Manager is tasked with acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets within our refrigerant gas service and acquisition network.
This hybrid position requires a blend of remote work and in-person sales meetings. You will reach your targets by securing new customers through phone outreach and site visits while collaborating with field service teams to maximize existing business and meet gas acquisition and service revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve or exceed monthly gas acquisition and service revenue goals within the refrigerant gas service network through a high-volume contact model.
- Focus on new customer acquisition and re-engaging accounts that have not purchased in over a year, as well as identifying growth opportunities within current accounts.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to document and track key activities.
- Coordinate with the local Field Services Manager to onboard customers and schedule upcoming jobs and services.
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to attract new clients and expand business opportunities.
- Work with moderate guidance and direction from others.
- Build relationships with individuals and organizations through effective selling.
- Exhibit excellent persuasion skills and the ability to identify new opportunities.
- Conduct market assessments, competitor analyses, and pricing strategies.
- Create a call schedule to ensure comprehensive coverage of the territory.
- Participate in bi-weekly or weekly meetings with the Field Service Manager to optimize strategy and budget attainment.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or 3 years of relevant sales experience in lieu of a degree.
- Commission structure based on a tiered program to budget.
- 1+ years of travel experience in a multi-city/state area.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
- Proven sales capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume outbound calling environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-management skills to identify barriers and seek support when necessary.
- Ability to work efficiently, both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge and experience in the field; may be acquiring higher-level skills.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
