Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison for incoming service inquiries via phone and email.
  • Oversee service inquiries to guarantee clients receive assistance until their issues are fully resolved.
  • Organize installations, routine maintenance appointments, and service visits.
  • Arrange travel logistics when necessary.
  • Review invoices from field service technicians.
  • Input data from service call reports into the CRM system.

  • Manage the return authorization process.
  • Generate return authorization numbers within the ERP system.
  • Create new cases in the CRM for incoming equipment requiring repairs, returned parts, or trade-in items.
  • Track all equipment entering and exiting the facility.

  • Supervise open service cases, including all incoming repairs, in-house repairs, parts orders, and backordered items.

  • Prepare all sales orders for parts orders and on-site service engagements.
  • Maintain comprehensive device history records, CRM database cases, and various spreadsheets.

  • Provide support for Service Contract Sales.
  • Assist with Service Sales efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Exceptional verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, particularly in conflict resolution scenarios.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
  • Committed to delivering high-quality customer service while aligning with the company's objectives.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients both domestically and internationally across diverse industries.
  • Ensure that team objectives and targets are met or surpassed.
  • Proficient in utilizing various software applications to manage client relationships, including CRM systems, ERP solutions, and Office software.

Educational Background
An associate's degree in a business-related discipline is preferred. Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience and demonstrate the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision. Candidates must be adept at multitasking and comfortable engaging directly with clients.
