Job Title: RN Designee

Join HRA as an RN Designee and take on a leadership role in our nursing team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for supervising the delivery of resident care, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and maintaining high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Resident Care: Ensure the delivery of nursing services to residents according to professionally recognized standards.
  • Monitor Compliance: Monitor nursing care for compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and company care performance standards.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and manage resident care staff, including monitoring job performance, conducting performance evaluations, and providing training and education.
  • Medication Management: Assist with medication management, including administration of medications to residents, ordering medication from pharmacy, and maintaining records.
  • Resident Care Coordination: Coordinate resident care, including conducting pre-admission screenings, updating resident records, and communicating with families.
  • Quality Improvement: Participate in department quality improvement activities, including completion of quality assurance surveys.
Requirements:
  • Credentials: Current nursing (RN) licensure issued by the appropriate state licensing agency.
  • Education: Associate's degree in a healthcare-related field.
  • Experience: One to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills: Strong leadership skills, experience in supervising and management, and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, associates, residents, family members, and outside contacts.
