About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Representative to join our Driver Safety team in Madison, WI. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries via email or phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding our services, products, and processes
  • Address and resolve client inquiries, problems, and complaints in a courteous and professional manner
  • Process and contact new clients to review and set up their specific accounts and services
  • Work with clients to establish and maintain relationships
  • Gather web access level information and documents from clients
  • Data entry and validation
Requirements
  • 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
  • 2 years of Microsoft Office experience (preferred)
