Customer Service Coordinator

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to Tim O'Brien Homes customers. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Customer Service Specialists and Production Team Members, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate customer communications, including welcome letters, warranty documents, and emergency service requests, in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a quality warranty experience, adhering to Tim O'Brien Homes policies and procedures.
- Participate in department meetings, providing input on improving department performance and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date warranty schedules using current software and technology.
- Communicate critical and recurring warranty issues to the Production and Customer Care Manager.
- Perform filing and tracking of customer care documents.
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Minimal travel required to various job sites, with a valid driver's license and insurance coverage.
- Ability to sit for 6-8 hours a day.
