About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Representative to join our Fuel Tax team in Madison, WI. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with clients to obtain required data and documents
  • Provide account information as requested
  • Proactively reach out to clients for needed information and/or paperwork
  • Analyze, validate, compile, and file customer tax reports
  • Process and contact new clients to review and set-up their specific account/services
  • Work with customers to establish and maintain relationships
  • Gather web access level information and documents from the customer
  • Data entry and validation
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding our service, products, and processes
  • Recognize and correct inconsistencies in data and documents
Requirements
  • Customer service experience: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Office experience: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Excellent attention to detail
