Project Scheduler II

A highly skilled Project Scheduler II is sought after by The Waldinger Corporation to join our team of professionals in the construction industry. This role requires a passion for construction projects and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize advanced organizational and communication skills to prepare, build, update, and communicate project schedules with the project team.
- Work collaboratively with project teams, customers, and stakeholders to establish project goals and objectives.
- Participate in all phases of the construction planning & scheduling process, including the creation of proposal schedules, baseline schedules, and ongoing schedule updates.
- Facilitate effective communication between project team members, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Continually update baseline schedule and manpower needs as the project progresses.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience utilizing P6 scheduling software, including proficiency at level 3 scheduling.
