NGL Scheduler

This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Natural Gas Liquids business by coordinating scheduling processes, optimizing movement of contracted volumes, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

• Understand all costs incurred from origin to destination to optimize and coordinate the movement of contracted volumes.
• Work with regional teams to manage physical and system scheduling duties, understand supply and demand, and communicate internal impacts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external scheduling counterparts, customers, and carriers.
• Create, maintain, and distribute accurate and timely daily movement, inventory, and contract performance reports.
• Assist and complete special projects and provide analysis as assigned or requested.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience required.
• Weekend and evening work required at times due to unplanned business needs.
• Overnight travel may be required.
• Must be detail oriented and a self-starter.
• Must be able to work in fast paced, high energy and open environment.
• Must have proficient computer skills to include all Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel.
• Good organizational and planning skills are required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills are required.
