About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager II - Interiors to join our team at HNTB. As a key member of our architectural practice, you will be responsible for leading medium to large-sized projects, ensuring their efficient and cost-effective execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for project success, serving as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budget, and scope of work to completion.
  • Actively manage client budgets, schedules, and programs, as well as HNTB's budget and schedule, administering project communications and documentation.
  • Estimate fees, determine scope of work, and prepare proposals and contracts for small to medium-sized projects.
  • Coordinate all project efforts, both administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects.
  • Coordinate work efforts, review work performed, and integrate quality control measures during all phases of design.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, with 10 years of relevant experience.
  • 2 years of successful management of Architecture projects.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Revit skills.
  • History of successful leadership on projects.
  • Experience leading projects and teams.
