About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Services Specialist II to join our team at Omnicell. As a key member of our professional services team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business outcomes for our healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance and support to customers on the implementation and optimization of Omnicell's pharmacy automation solutions.
  • Lead design conversations with customers to optimize workflows and improve medication management.
  • Represent Omnicell on-site with customers in the healthcare setting, ensuring seamless implementation and adoption of our solutions.
  • Responsible for small-scale end-to-end implementations, working autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Facilitate in-person and virtual meetings with customers to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Perform end-user support and guidance during implementation, ensuring customers achieve optimal results.
  • Execute build and testing tasks within project plans, meeting defined scope and milestones.
  • Utilize previous experience to handle multiple tasks and priorities, delivering high-quality results.
  • Identify and resolve issues, and communicate project risks and issues appropriately.
  • Document all work performed and submit accurate time entry for client utilization metrics.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a healthcare setting, with an Associate's degree or professional healthcare certification.
  • OR a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Project Management, Business Administration, Finance, or MIS, with a minimum of 2 years' experience leading healthcare solution implementations.
