We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Insurance Technical Assistant / CSR to join our team at Criterion Executive Search in Clearwater. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing certificates, endorsements, and cancellations, as well as data entry and processing insurance accounts. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Process certificates, endorsements, and cancellations efficiently and accurately
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer information
- Collaborate closely with Commercial Lines Managers and Account Managers to support day-to-day operations
This is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in commercial insurance, with the guidance of a supportive team. Experience with AMS 360 is a plus. Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year.
