Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Mapco Express. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales goals, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed customer service standards
- Follow company cash control policies and procedures
- Adhere to all laws and regulations regarding the sale of government-regulated products and services
- Obey company and health department safety guidelines for food preparation
- Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior according to company standards
- Stock and rotate products, including coolers and freezers
- Complete training activities and pass minimum job performance standards
- Follow company general rules of conduct and code of ethics
- Motivate sales associates to grow store sales and profitability using suggestive selling techniques
- Assist the store manager in hiring, developing, and training others in store to meet company standards and guidelines
