Job Title: Guest Service Representative

Join our team as a Guest Service Representative and take the first step towards a rewarding career in hospitality. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain a high level of cash handling security
  • Assist with room assignments, key card distribution, and other front desk duties as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods
