Job Overview

LDG Development is seeking a highly skilled Regional Asset Manager to join our team. As a key member of our portfolio management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of our multifamily assets across the nation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate property performance and develop strategic business plans to enhance cash flow and profitability.
  • Monitor financial operating results, including monthly financial reviews and weekly property operating KPIs.
  • Oversee cash management, including monthly cash forecasts and funding requests.
  • Review and approve annual operating budgets, project annual cash flow, and schedule cash sweeps from properties.
  • Collaborate with property management to identify challenges and execute timely solutions.
  • Conduct regular site visits to review curb appeal, CapEx projects, common areas, and personnel issues.
  • Assess project and partnership risk factors related to Section 42 (LIHTC) provisions, partnership agreements, loan documents, and tax credit applications.
  • Monitor construction progress, building delivery turnover schedules, and lease-up goals.
  • Develop strategies to achieve lease-up goals and investment benchmarks.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in multi-family asset management or 5 years of experience at the regional property management level.
  • Working knowledge of Section 42 (LIHTC) principles and requirements.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Business preferred.
  • Experience with Yardi/Real Page and MRI Developer Central a plus.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with an emphasis on financial analysis.
  • Understanding of real estate accounting principles and financial reporting procedures.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex business documents.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • Effective presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work proactively, independently, and as a strategic partner in a team environment.
