Inside Sales Business Development Representative

The Inside Sales Account Representative at MedService Repair, LLC is responsible for developing account penetration strategies and closing MedService Repair (MSR) product business offerings. This position requires maintaining an in-depth knowledge of MSR's portfolio of products, prevalent technologies, trends in the industry, and MSR's competitiveness in the marketplace. The successful candidate will promote and sell MSR's product offerings to existing and prospective customers, establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and new prospects, and manage product positioning strategies by supporting sales activities with calls and presentations to new and existing customers.

MedService Repair, LLC is a growing company that specializes in selling products and equipment used in endoscope procedures and distributes a broad line of disposable endoscope products. Our company services medical device equipment focusing on Gastroenterology and has doubled its number of Service Team Members over the past year. We are actively looking for more qualified people to join our team and contribute to our success.
Responsibilities:
* Promote and sell MSR's product offerings to existing and prospective customers
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and new prospects
* Manage product positioning strategies by supporting sales activities with calls and presentations to new and existing customers
* Implement strategies to displace competitors and engage in forecasting, planning, metrics, and resource allocation
* Develop and maintain business contact networks within customer facilities and update customer information within MSR's CRM system regularly
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a sales-related role within the medical device industry
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Self-motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to consistently deliver new business and grow existing business
* Strong understanding of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com, and proficiency in MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
