Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Psychologist to join our team at Aspire Indiana Health, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical care, developing and implementing training programs, and supervising a team of behavioral health staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality clinical care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Develop and implement training programs for behavioral health staff, focusing on evidence-based practices and quality care
  • Supervise and mentor a team of behavioral health staff, including Doctoral, Master's, and Bachelor's prepared professionals
  • Collaborate with management to achieve Aspire's strategic priorities and excellence in healthcare
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in psychology and behavioral health
Requirements
  • Doctoral degree in Psychology from a US Department of Education-accredited institution
  • Minimum of two years' experience as an HSPP Psychologist
  • Community Mental Health experience highly preferred
  • Substance use evaluation experience preferred
  • Knowledge of social service systems, community resources, legal systems, and child welfare systems highly preferred
  • Licensure as a Licensed Psychologist with HSPP designation in the State of Indiana
