Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Psychologist to join our team at Aspire Indiana Health, Inc. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead our clinical services and provide expert guidance to our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to Doctoral, Master's, and Bachelor's prepared behavioral health staff
  • Develop, conduct, and evaluate training for all levels of direct clinical service staff and interns
  • Be a subject matter expert for clinical care and provide guidance on treatment recommendations and provision of clinical services
  • Work in conjunction with management to achieve Aspire's strategic priorities and excellence in healthcare
Requirements
  • Doctoral degree in Psychology from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience post licensure as an HSPP Psychologist
  • Community Mental Health experience highly preferred
  • Substance use evaluation experience preferred
  • Knowledge of social service systems, community resources, legal systems, and child welfare systems highly preferred
