Lead Psychologist - HSPP

Aspire Indiana Health is a nonprofit provider of comprehensive whole health services, including primary medical care, behavioral health, recovery services, and programs addressing social determinants of health. We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Psychologist to join our team.

Job Summary

The Lead Psychologist - HSPP will provide clinical care, competency development, clinical supervision, authorization of treatment plans, training, and support to Doctoral, Masters, and Bachelors prepared behavioral health staff. This position will develop, conduct, and evaluate training for all levels of direct clinical service staff and interns to ensure utilization of evidence-based practice for quality care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical care and supervision to behavioral health staff
  • Develop and conduct training programs for staff and interns
  • Authorize treatment plans and provide clinical guidance
  • Support the development of evidence-based practice
  • Collaborate with management to achieve strategic priorities
Requirements
  • Doctoral degree in Psychology from a US Department of Education accredited college/university
  • Minimum of two years experience post licensure as an HSPP Psychologist
  • Community Mental Health experience highly preferred
  • Substance use evaluation experience preferred
  • Knowledge of social service systems, community resources, legal systems, and child welfare systems highly preferred
