Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Psychologist to join our team at Aspire Indiana Health, Inc. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong clinical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality mental health services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to Doctoral, Masters, and Bachelors prepared behavioral health staff
  • Develop, conduct, and evaluate training programs for direct clinical service staff and interns
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for clinical care and provide guidance on treatment recommendations and provision of clinical services
  • Collaborate with management to achieve Aspire's strategic priorities and excellence in healthcare
Requirements
  • Doctoral degree in Psychology from a US Department of Education accredited college/university
  • Minimum of two years experience post licensure as an HSPP Psychologist
  • Community Mental Health experience highly preferred
  • Substance use evaluation experience preferred
  • Knowledge of social service systems, community resources, legal systems, and child welfare systems highly preferred
