Job Summary

The Lead Psychologist - HSPP position is a key role in our organization, responsible for providing clinical care, competency development, clinical supervision, authorization of treatment plans/care, training, and support of Doctoral, Master's and Bachelor's prepared behavioral health staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, conduct, and evaluate training for all levels of direct clinical service staff and interns to ensure utilization of evidence-based practice for quality care.
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance on treatment recommendations and provision of clinical services.
  • Develop and implement clinical care plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with management to work towards Aspire's strategic priorities and excellence in healthcare.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge to improve clinical services and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Doctoral degree in Psychology from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education.
  • A minimum of two (2) years experience post licensure as an HSPP Psychologist.
  • Community Mental Health experience highly preferred.
  • Substance use evaluation experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of social service systems, community resources, legal systems, and child welfare systems highly preferred.
