Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the renewal process for Personal Lines clients, along with a select number of Commercial clients.
  • Generate carrier reports and enhance current client portfolios by introducing additional lines of coverage (Auto, Home, Umbrella, Motorcycle, Boat, etc.).
  • Cross-sell to existing clients by transitioning commercial lines clients to personal lines and vice versa.
  • Manage cancellation requests and strive to retain clients.
  • Conduct client reviews to identify any life changes that may lead to discounts, increased coverage, or new policy opportunities.
  • Reassess policies when rate increases, MVR activities, or risk alterations occur.
  • Proactively follow up on claims in accordance with our established claims process.
  • Spot opportunities to enhance the client experience.
  • Rewrite policies that are non-renewed or canceled.
  • Assist with incoming client inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a current Property & Casualty License.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in servicing personal lines insurance products.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Strong multitasking skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with multiple insurance carriers.
  • Familiarity with Hawksoft Agency Management software.
