About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at White Cap. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, sales events, and networking
  • Collaborate with internal teams to communicate account plans, pricing, and sales strategies
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales administration reports and records
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in outside sales to professional contractors
  • Familiarity with White Cap products and services
  • Spanish language proficiency
