Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at Billion Automotive. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling and delivering vehicles to our customers, while also providing exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell and deliver a minimum number of vehicles per month
- Write complete sales orders and process paperwork in accordance with dealership policies
- Utilize dealership sales control and follow-up systems
- Keep up-to-date on new products and services within the industry
- Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction
- Maintain a prospect development system
- Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot
- Exhibit a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction
- Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month, and year to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively
