Job Summary

We're seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at our studio location. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating an amazing experience for our members and guests, while also driving sales and growth for our studio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and engage with members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Present the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers, highlighting the benefits and unique features of our studio.
  • Work at the front desk, answering phones, responding to member inquiries, and handling sales and marketing tasks.
  • Provide studio tours and showcase our facilities to prospective members.
  • Collaborate with trainers to guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Sell memberships and promote our studio's services to drive growth and revenue.
  • Follow up with prospective clients and handle member concerns in a professional and objective manner.
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our studio and services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring a positive experience for members and guests.
Requirements
  • Passion for fitness and a desire to help others achieve their health and wellness goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in sales and marketing software.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
