Job Summary

We're seeking an enthusiastic and positive individual to join our team as a Sales and Service Representative. As a key member of our studio team, you'll be responsible for creating an amazing experience for our members, presenting our concept to interested consumers, and working at our front desk to answer phones and respond to member inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet every member who enters the studio with enthusiasm and energy
  • Present the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers
  • Work at the front desk, answering phones and responding to member inquiries
  • Give studio tours and showcase our facilities
  • Work closely with trainers to guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout
  • Sell memberships and help the studio thrive
  • Follow up with prospective clients and ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Handle member concerns in a professional and objective manner
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our studio and services
  • Ensure all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
